Job Description:
At Exinplast, we are seeking an experienced Plastic Extrusion Operator to join our team at our Sakarya Geyve facility. We are looking for a team member who can bring their expertise in PVC and plastic production processes to enhance our quality-focused manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Capable of operating PVC extruder lines seamlessly.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in PVC, plastic raw materials, and additives.
- Skilled in resolving production-related issues during manufacturing processes.
- Able to operate machinery and equipment carefully, efficiently, and in accordance with instructions.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Committed to following quality plans and instructions.
- Adheres to occupational safety, health, and environmental protection measures, integrating these into production processes within the framework of quality systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in PVC or Plastic Extrusion machinery.
- Completed military service for male candidates.
- Able to work in a shift-based system.
- Organized and disciplined, with the ability to follow quality standards and ensure task tracking.
- Preferably a vocational high school graduate.
- Capable of managing and directing the team during shifts when required.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
